  • Question: How do I download my Digital Download purchase?
  • Answer: Digital download purchases are instant and a link will be sent to your email address immediately after purchasing a song or album from our online Music Store.
  • Question: Do you ship clothing and accessory purchases internationally?
  • Answer: All Jane Bordeaux® products and Fine Jewelry are hand-crafted in the United States. We do not import our products. We normally ship to virtually any address in the world. However, due to the recent Coronavirus we have suspended ALL international shipments for the safety of our staff and recipients. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
  • Qusetion: How can I be sure my order will arrive safely due to the Coronavirus issues?
  • Answer: As usual, please note, we always sanitize all Fine Jewelry and take great precautions while packaging each item for shipment utilizing constant hand sanitation and hand washing and a new no-touch glove service for every order.
  • Question: How can I be sure my order will arrive safely?
  • Answer: A tracking number will be uploaded to your account page once your order has shipped.
  • Question: Can I return an item for a refund?
  • Answer: For the safety of our staff we are temporarily suspending returns at this time. If you still wish to make a return a full store credit will be issued for the amount paid at our discretion. Digital downloads are not refundable. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
  • Question: How much does it cost to join the Jane Bordeaux Newsletter?
  • Answer: There is no fee to join. Simply create a registered account HERE to become a member. We protect your privacy and your information is never shared with third party companies. We are seriously against spam and only email fans less than 6 times a year for new music or music video releases or concert information. No risk to you and you can cancel your Jane Bordeaux® newsletter membership at any time.
  • Question: When can I expect my merchandise or accessory order delivery?
  • Answer: Normally withing 4-10 business days. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your delivery location and zipcode.
